Case study: jewelers

An independent jeweler runs CRM and marketing ops with Claude.

Flowline set up the store's own Claude account, connected it to HubSpot, and added a content skill in the store's voice, so the owner runs marketing and client follow-up without a marketing hire.

01 · The build

One Claude account, many agents

Claude is the origin agent. Each step connects a new tool or skill to the same account, set up in the store's name.

Select a step for details.

Set up Claude

Everything starts with one Claude account in the owner's name, organized around projects. Claude is the origin agent: every later step connects to it. Before building anything, Flowline interviewed the owner to capture how the store talks about its work and the facts every message has to get right.

This store runs on Claude. The same setup is available in ChatGPT.

  • Claude account in the owner's name, organized around projects
  • Brand voice interview and a written voice guide
  • Store facts the agents rely on, written down once
  • Flowline keeps manager access only
  • If the store stops working with Flowline, it keeps everything

Connect HubSpot

Flowline built a HubSpot pipeline around the store's sales process and an inquiry page that feeds it, then connected Claude to HubSpot. Every request lands in one place, and the CRM stays current without anyone logging in to update it.

  • HubSpot pipeline set up for the store
  • Inquiry page with a form that feeds HubSpot
  • Claude connected to HubSpot, so the owner talks through a lead call and the CRM updates
  • Follow-up drafts and plain-language questions about sales
  • Every inquiry tracked in a CRM the store owns
Talking through a lead call updates HubSpot, and a plain-language question pulls clients from the sales records. Sample data.

Add the marketing content skill

The content engine is packaged as a Claude skill. Staff add photos and videos of pieces and bench work, and the skill returns Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile posts in the store's voice.

  • Posts written from the store's voice guide
  • Cropped and formatted for each platform
  • The owner approves every post before it goes out
  • Google Business Profile audited and fixed
  • Flowline runs it for two months, then the owner's staff takes over
A photo of a piece becomes a post for Instagram, Facebook, and Google. Sample post.

Add the Product Finder

A customer shows a photo of a style they want. The Product Finder is being built to search the store's vendor catalogs for matching pieces, so staff can answer without paging through catalogs.

  • Search from a photo of the style
  • Across the store's vendor catalogs
  • Runs inside the store's own Claude account
